Delivery costs to most United Kingdom mainland addresses are included in the price of our products, with the exception of the following areas:-
Scottish Highlands, including postcodes AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, FK19-21, HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27 &28, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH5-9, PH15-44, ZE1-3
An additional charge of £16.00 will be charged for parcels up to 10kg, and £19 for parcels 10kg - 30kg, delivered by courier to areas listed above. For items 31kg - 99kg, an additional charge of £23 will apply. For heavier palletised items over 99kg, please contact us to obtain a quote for delivery, although the price of sending a pallet will be around £106. Please allow 2 working days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive.
East Coast of Scotland, including postcodes AB1-3, AB9-16, AB21-25, AB30, AB39, AB41-AB42, DD1-11, KY13, PH2, PH11-14
Whilst there is NO additional charge to deliver to these postcodes, for courier deliveries under 99kg, please allow up to two working days from date of despatch for your order to arrive.
Smaller items will be despatched by post at no extra charge.

A surcharge of £7.50 will apply, although for palletised items, please call for a quotation.

Overseas
Shipping to overseas destinations is priced per order, a quotation for delivery will be supplied separately.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
For an additional charge, we can arrange for orders to be delivered to UK mainland addresses by courier on a Saturday. Please call us to obtain a quotation.
ADDITONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Whilst we can deliver to an alternative delivery address, please note that for your security, we may require proof of your relationship with the second address. This reduces the possibility of someone else using your card fraudulently. Our Sales Team will call you to arrange this with you.
Stock willing, we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address as soon as you submit the order online.
Please note that additional delivery charges may only be added at time of order processing, and will not always appear in the shopping basket or order confirmation e-mail.
Normal delivery hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be preferrable to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a calling card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you may prefer to collect the goods from your local depot. If you are unable to take delivery and the item is subsequently returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your goods are despatched, we will notify you by e-mail the method of despatch, together with consignment details, where relevant. We will provide you with a link to our preferred courier's website in order to track your order's progress online.
