Top of McCulloch's powerful and reliable petrol chainsaw range is the CS 450 Elite - an ideal all-round saw for users who value professional qualities.

The McCulloch CS 450 Elite chainsaw has a 45cm (18") bar with 0.325" chain and 45.7cc engine. The power of the machine is 2.0kW (2.7hp) with a maximum speed of 9000rpm.

Like all other chainsaws from McCulloch, the CS 450 Elite is equipped with an OxyPower engine which is environmentally friendly, requiring 20% less fuel and with 70% lower emissions. It also has a Soft Start feature which reduces the resistance in the pull cord by 40%, making it faster and easier to start. In addition, it has a purge, which is also known as the manual primer carburettor. This manual pump ensures that, every time the machine is turned, it will start immediately with fewer pulls.

Other superior features on the McCulloch CS 450 include the decompression valve, fuel level window, stop/start controls integrated into one combined control, tool-less chain tensioner for easier handling, convenient maintenance with easy access clips for fast access to filter and spark plug, plus combi tool integrated in the rear handle where you need it for maintenance. Also, marks on the handle serve as felling sights which make it easier to fell with precision.

Like all McCulloch products, the CS 450 Elite petrol chainsaw has been given a bold, black and muscular design, with hints of yellow which make it seem like the power inside almost burst out!
