Delivery costs to most United Kingdom mainland addresses are included in the price of our garden machinery products over £100.
For orders of garden machines under £100, all hand tools including WOLF-Garten and Wilkinson Sword, accessories and parts, the cost of delivery will be calculated in your shopping basket according to the weight of the product and your postcode. Parts, accessories & hand tools will normally incur a small delivery charge of £8.50.

For an additional charge, we can arrange for orders to be delivered to UK mainland addresses by courier on a Saturday. Please visit our Contact Us page or email us at sales@thegreenreaper.co.uk to obtain a quotation.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Whilst we can deliver to an alternative delivery address, please note that for your security, we may require proof of your relationship with the second address. This reduces the possibility of someone else using your card fraudulently. Our Sales Team will call you to arrange this with you.
Stock willing, we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted by email if the order is likely to take any longer. Please note: SCH products are built to order and usually delivered on their own transport so we quote a longer lead time.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you submit the order online.
Please note that additional delivery charges may only be added at time of order processing, and will not always appear in the shopping basket or order confirmation email.
Normal delivery hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be preferrable to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a calling card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you may prefer to collect the goods from your local depot. If you are unable to take delivery and the item is subsequently returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.

How to track your parcel
If you choose to register with The Green Reaper, you will receive a member registration email containing your login details. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can login to your account at any time to check the status of your order - i.e. if it has been processed and despatched, etc. To login simply enter your email address and the password provided to track your order or edit your details.
If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us using the contact form on our website. As soon as your goods are despatched, we will notify you by email the method of despatch, together with consignment details, where relevant. We will provide you with a link to our preferred courier's website so you can track your order's progress online.

Z6 Power SourceBy using EGO's 56V battery and Peak Power technology, the Z6 is on the same battery platform so uses the same batteries as the rest of their 56V range. The battery compartment has a capacity to hold up to six, with a minimum combination of 15Ah to fire up the machine. |
Fast ChargingThe rapid charger is capable of charging up to six batteries simultaneously. It charges them on the mower via a side charge point that you plug it into and brings the mower back to full charge in just two hours! After just 15 minutes of charge time, you will have enough juice to cover a quarter of an acre of grass. |

Starting the Z6To start the mower, first make sure the key is in. Pressing the power button gives you the charge status. Press and hold the power button to bring the Z6 to life. Push the parking brake on the left with your foot and you're ready to roll. |
Separate Drive and Blade Speed ControlsEach has four modes plus a bonus you can jump into by holding the button down at its highest level. Drive speeds while cutting range from 3mph to 7mph and you reach the top travel speed by pressing and holding the button when it’s in high. For the blade speed, the bottom two speeds are good for light cutting in dry conditions and the top two speeds are better for thicker, wetter grass. There’s a turbo mode for the blades if you press and hold the button after getting to the top speed which is great for particularly tough patches. There are three modes to work with: control, standard and sport. These define the aggressiveness of the acceleration and turning. |

In 2004 EGO installed a 7,000m2 Green Roof system to their dedicated R&D facility. This has saved the equivalent of 5 litres of petrol per m2 each year. The roof of the Green Power Industrial Park features a 2-megawatt photovoltaic power station.
Known as ‘The Blue Roof’, the power this generates, year-on-year, saves the equivalent of 755 tonnes of coal, as well as cutting Sulphur Dioxide emissions by 50 tonnes and Carbon Dioxide emissions by 1,677 tonnes annually. For Greater Distances
The machine is cable tied to a pallet and shrink-wrapped into a cocoon. Our transport partner will then deliver it on a tail-lift lorry on an agreed working weekday. You simply unwrap the pallet, cut the cable ties and you're ready to go.
