UK MAINLAND
Delivery costs to most United Kingdom mainland addresses are included in the price of our garden machinery products over £100.
For orders of garden machines under £100, all hand tools including WOLF-Garten and Wilkinson Sword, accessories and parts, the cost of delivery will be calculated in your shopping basket according to the weight of the product and your postcode. Parts, accessories & hand tools will normally incur a small delivery charge of £8.50.

SATURDAY DELIVERY
For an additional charge, we can arrange for orders to be delivered to UK mainland addresses by courier on a Saturday. Please visit our Contact Us page or email us at sales@thegreenreaper.co.uk to obtain a quotation.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Whilst we can deliver to an alternative delivery address, please note that for your security, we may require proof of your relationship with the second address. This reduces the possibility of someone else using your card fraudulently. Our Sales Team will call you to arrange this with you.
Stock willing, we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted by email if the order is likely to take any longer. Please note: SCH products are built to order and usually delivered on their own transport so we quote a longer lead time.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you submit the order online.
Please note that additional delivery charges may only be added at time of order processing, and will not always appear in the shopping basket or order confirmation email.
Normal delivery hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be preferrable to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a calling card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you may prefer to collect the goods from your local depot. If you are unable to take delivery and the item is subsequently returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.

How to track your parcel
If you choose to register with The Green Reaper, you will receive a member registration email containing your login details. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can login to your account at any time to check the status of your order - i.e. if it has been processed and despatched, etc. To login simply enter your email address and the password provided to track your order or edit your details.
If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us using the contact form on our website. As soon as your goods are despatched, we will notify you by email the method of despatch, together with consignment details, where relevant. We will provide you with a link to our preferred courier's website so you can track your order's progress online.

Established in 1923 Guarany have established themselves as a world leading manufacturer specialising in spraying and powder application equipment. As well as a vast array of products for growing plants, trees and vegetables, the Guarany range includes equipment for disinfecting, cleaning and sanitising such as a market-leading disinfectant fogger. The Electric Cold Fogger, along with three different sizes of stainless steel compression sprayer and a Kawasaki engine-driven power mister, is certified by the World Health Organisation as being safe, robust and extremely effective. The specialist disinfecting and cleaning equipment range – as well as many of our standard backpack and handheld sprayers – can be used to spray, mist and fog disinfectants and cleaning chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite and bleach solutions (check manufacturers’ instructions before using cleaning chemicals) and are ideal for use by deep cleaning services and professional domestic and industrial cleaning companies. They have been developed over many years and build on Guarany’s expertise in spraying equipment for vector-borne disease and pest elimination.
How does the range offer a new way to spray? Because Guarany products provide:
Improved effectiveness – accurate, proven equipment gets disinfectants, fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides exactly where they need to go in exactly the right dosage

WORKING WITH GUARANY
PSP has had a long association with our main product supplier Guarany, having drawn on SPG’s industrial spray nozzle experience to work with the Brazilian firm to develop a flexible firefighting backpack a decade ago. This led, in 2019, to PSP forming a long-term agreement with Guarany to be their exclusive supplier in the UK and Europe.
