UK MAINLAND
Delivery costs to most United Kingdom mainland addresses are included in the price of our garden machinery products over £100.
For orders of garden machines under £100, all hand tools including WOLF-Garten and Wilkinson Sword, accessories and parts, the cost of delivery will be calculated in your shopping basket according to the weight of the product and your postcode. Parts, accessories & hand tools will normally incur a small delivery charge of £8.50.
Additional delivery charges may apply to the following areas and this will be calculated in your shopping basket when you input your postcode:-

SATURDAY DELIVERY
For an additional charge, we can arrange for orders to be delivered to UK mainland addresses by courier on a Saturday. Please visit our Contact Us page or email us at sales@thegreenreaper.co.uk to obtain a quotation.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Whilst we can deliver to an alternative delivery address, please note that for your security, we may require proof of your relationship with the second address. This reduces the possibility of someone else using your card fraudulently. Our Sales Team will call you to arrange this with you.
Stock willing, we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted by email if the order is likely to take any longer. Please note: SCH products are built to order and usually delivered on their own transport so we quote a longer lead time.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you submit the order online.
Please note that additional delivery charges may only be added at time of order processing, and will not always appear in the shopping basket or order confirmation email.
Normal delivery hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be preferrable to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a calling card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you may prefer to collect the goods from your local depot. If you are unable to take delivery and the item is subsequently returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.

How to track your parcel
If you choose to register with The Green Reaper, you will receive a member registration email containing your login details. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can login to your account at any time to check the status of your order - i.e. if it has been processed and despatched, etc. To login simply enter your email address and the password provided to track your order or edit your details.
If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us using the contact form on our website. As soon as your goods are despatched, we will notify you by email the method of despatch, together with consignment details, where relevant. We will provide you with a link to our preferred courier's website so you can track your order's progress online.

ABOUT MANTIS.....
For over 40 years and approaching two million units sold, the Mantis tiller is still assembled in the original factory by a longstanding and dedicated workforce. In spite of its many imitators and there are quite a few mini tillers offered by other manufacturers the Mantis tiller is still the best-selling tiller in the UK and the world.
Its the patented “serpentine” (curved) tines that still set the Mantis tiller apart from other tillers, giving it the ability to cut through sod, tough soil and even vegetation with ease. (Other small tillers use a scaled-down version of the “bolo” bent tines found on big, heavy tillers, a design that is significantly less effective on a lightweight machine.)
The Mantis tiller’s high-quality craftsmanship and powerful commercial-grade engine consistently get rave reviews. And gardeners are pleased with the handy way the Mantis Tiller tills garden plots and effortlessly weeds around trees and landscaping.
Like the proverbial Swiss Army knife, the mighty Mantis tiller can effectively perform a wide variety of tasks. The tiller tines can easily be removed and many optional attachments can be quickly installed. These optional attachments convert the Mantis Tiller into a border edger, furrower, plough, lawn aerator, lawn dethatcher or crevice cleaner. Back in 1989, after the Mantis tiller had thoroughly conquered North America, the little tiller was test marketed in the UK. The UK company’s Managing Director at the time was spending some time with his friends in the USA, and saw his host using a small red machine to help with his gardening chores. He came back to the UK only to find he couldn’t buy the Mantis Tiller in the UK. Thus, he decided to import a few on his own to sell through his existing business. The result? UK gardeners embraced the little tiller in much the same way Americans had.
Happy tiller owners in every state in the USA, every province in Canada, throughout the UK and Europe and around the world in countries such as South Africa, Israel and China are using their Mantis Tillers to cultivate soil, weed gardens, dig furrows, aerate and dethatch lawns, edge borders, dig holes for planting trees and shrubs, and even trim hedges.
