ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Whilst we can deliver to an alternative delivery address, please note that for your security, we may require proof of your relationship with the second address. This reduces the possibility of someone else using your card fraudulently. Our Sales Team will call you to arrange this with you.
Stock willing, we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted by email if the order is likely to take any longer. Please note: SCH products are built to order and usually delivered on their own transport so we quote a longer lead time.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you submit the order online.
Please note that additional delivery charges may only be added at time of order processing, and will not always appear in the shopping basket or order confirmation email.
Normal delivery hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be preferrable to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a calling card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you may prefer to collect the goods from your local depot. If you are unable to take delivery and the item is subsequently returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.

Best Seller – 22-ton Venom Log SplitterSince its launch in 2011, the 22-ton Venom log splitter has set the benchmark for what a log splitter should be. It has become one of the most respected and best-selling machines in the UK and Europe. Over the years, Rock Machinery have continuously refined the design based on real customer feedback. Improvements include the addition of a working table, a road-towing axle, and a series of overall design enhancements. While the 22-ton Venom looks very different to its original 2011 version, it still retains the robust, hard-working build that professionals and domestic users value. Featuring a new 6.5HP Honda GX engine, vertical and horizontal splitting positions, and ergonomic controls, this machine delivers exceptional performance and reliability. It’s a true workhorse with few equals in its class. |
