ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Whilst we can deliver to an alternative delivery address, please note that for your security, we may require proof of your relationship with the second address. This reduces the possibility of someone else using your card fraudulently. Our Sales Team will call you to arrange this with you.
Stock willing, we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted by email if the order is likely to take any longer. Please note: SCH products are built to order and usually delivered on their own transport so we quote a longer lead time.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you submit the order online.
Please note that additional delivery charges may only be added at time of order processing, and will not always appear in the shopping basket or order confirmation email.
Normal delivery hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be preferrable to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a calling card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. Alternatively, you may prefer to collect the goods from your local depot. If you are unable to take delivery and the item is subsequently returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.

ABOUT SCH SUPPLIES.....
They say that necessity is the mother of invention – and this is certainly true of the birth of SCH (Supplies) Ltd.
Back in 1986, the late founder and former managing director Andrew Rodwell became frustrated at the lack of suitable lawn care attachments to fit to his garden tractor. Not being one to back away from a challenge, Andrew set about designing and manufacturing the attachments he wanted and started selling them to friends who had encountered the same problem.
Today SCH Supplies designs and manufactures premium garden machinery and towed lawn equipment for both domestic and commercial use. Based in the UK, the company is proud to offer a wide range of robust, British-made tools – engineered to meet the demands of estates, sports grounds, golf clubs, and equestrian centres.
Built to perform and made to last, SCH equipment is designed for versatility, durability, and ease of use. Whether you're maintaining a paddock, sweeping an arena, or keeping artificial turf in top condition, SCH has the tools you need. Our product range includes flail mowers for rough terrain and dense vegetation, paddock sweepers for effortless cleaning and grass collection, scarifying rakes and lawn dethatchers for healthy turf maintenance, water bowsers and estate waterers for efficient irrigation, chain harrows, manège levellers, and ATV sprayers for equestrian and arena upkeep, as well as grass rollers, garden carts, and custom-built equipment.
Each product is expertly crafted in SCH's UK workshop using high-quality materials and is fully supported by its nationwide service and spare parts availability.
Whether you manage a smallholding or a large estate, SCH understands that every customer’s needs are unique. Its modular and customisable equipment can be configured to suit various towing vehicles – from ride-on mowers to ATVs and compact tractors.
SCH has over 30 years of engineering excellence, a wide range of products in stock and ready to despatch, outstanding customer service and technical advice, and is proudly manufactured in the UK. SCH Supplies is trusted by groundskeepers, landscapers, and private landowners across the country.
Based in Ipswich, Suffolk, the company has grown to 20 employees who design, manufacture and deliver a vast range of products, not to mention the 'one offs'. If required, SCH will work with a customer to build a bespoke garden machine to agreed specifications.
Please Note: Due to the nature of this specialist equipment, SCH Supplies builds its products to order and prefers to deliver using its own transport, which is why we quote an extended lead time.
