Expand the mowing capabilities of the EGO LMX5300-SP Pro X lawn mower with this mulch plug accessory. Simply lift the rear-catcher flap and slide the mulching plug into the discharge chute.

Mulching creates smaller particles of freshly cut grass which are re-distributed on the lawn, providing nutrients that keep it looking healthy.

This mulch plug can be used to close the discharge opening in the mowing deck and recycle the lawn clippings back into the blade area for repeated cutting and back into the lawn as mulch. The clippings then breakdown faster and recycle moisture and nutrients back into the soil.

Convert your EGO Power+ lawn mower into a mulcher.

By changing the mower's standard blades into mulching blades, the mulch kit essentially recycles the lawn clippings as you mow, spreading them back onto the lawn with each pass. This eliminates the need to rake, collect or bag your leftover lawn clippings.

Kit includes mulching blade and mulching plug. To fit, simply remove the existing bolt and washer, replace the blade then refit the bolt and washer.

This mulch plug closes off the opening on the bottom of the deck allowing the lawn mower to recirculate grass clippings into the lawn where they act as a natural fertiliser.
