Description

The Honda-powered AL-KO Premium 521 VS-H is an adaptable 4-in-1 variable speed petrol lawn mower with its supreme design and build quality stemming from German engineering and Austrian manufacture.

Suitable for medium to large sized lawns up to 1,800 square metres, the 521 VS-H draws its power from a legendary Honda GCVx170 four-stroke OHV engine. The machine is easy to fire up thanks to the automatic mechanical decompression system which opens up the exhaust valve on ignition, resulting in reduced resistance in the recoil starter mechanism. The engine delivers a high power output of 3.2kW making it suitable for use in damp mowing conditions.

With user comfort a major aspect in the design process of the durable 521 VS-H, the variable speed feature provides total control over the mowing speed to match both the operator's pace and the mowing conditions at hand. When combined with other comfort-enhancing qualities such as the optimum design of the cockpit with all operating controls within easy reach, a soft grip handlebar and XXL smooth-running wheels, the lawn mower is easily manoeuvrable over rough ground, even on an incline.

The self-propelled AL-KO Premium 521 VS-H is equipped with a deep MaxAirflow steel deck which maximises the mower's performance in all of the four mowing modes. The choice of collecting, mulching, rear discharging or side discharging the grass clippings is available in one multi-functional machine. In collection mode, the large 70 litre EasyClick grass box is efficiently filled from back to front to maximum capacity, with a level indicator letting you know when it needs emptying.

This means the grass catcher is effectively filled from the back, without the discharge channel becoming blocked. Another bonus: The removable service flap for convenient mower maintenance. Full Catcher, Fewer Interruptions MaxAirflow technology means that the lawn clippings are thrown to the back of the grass catcher, as a result of which it is filled to the top and does not have to be emptied so often.
