Small yet powerful and agile, the solo by AL-KO Premium R 74.5 Li 36V battery-powered mini rider is a great all-rounder for tackling medium-sized or irregularly shaped gardens. Supplied complete with four 8.Ah 36V batteries and charging cable, the machine has a runtime of up to 60 minutes when fitted with a full compliment of six 8.0Ah batteries. The 36V batteries can be charged via a single port on the machine.

The comfortable, adjustable seat, combined with the steering wheel and user-friendly controls, ensures a high level of comfort. These controls require minimal effort to operate. The intuitive LED control panel shows battery and cutting status as well as control over blade speed.

With its 85cm cutting width and a cutting radius of just 74cm, R 74.5 Li is perfectly suited for gardens with many corners and angles, offering a mowing capacity of up to 4,500m² (depending on the battery selection). It reaches speeds of up to 8km/h forward and 6km/h in reverse. Mowing continues even when reversing. The geared steering offers maximum control and manoeuvrability with a tight turning circle.

The steel cutter deck is fitted with twin blades powered by high torque motors for a quality finish and great collection. The cutting height can be centrally adjusted in six increments from 3cm to 8cm. The drive is infinitely variable and electric, operated via a foot-operated hydrostatic system. The large grass catcher, with a 130 litre capacity, can be easily emptied using the telescopic lever and emits an audible signal when it's full. The mowing experience is further enhanced by the ability to cut close to edges on both sides.

The high back seat of the rider ensures comfort during mowing, whilst the bright LED headlights show a clear path in darker areas or when mowing early or late in the day. When you have finished the job, the R 74.5 Li ride-on mower can be stored safely upright when not in use and for cleaning or maintenance.
